By accessing and using AutoTube ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AutoTube desktop application and related services provided by Autotube LLC.

AutoTube is a desktop SaaS application that automates YouTube video creation and publishing. The service includes but is not limited to:

• AI-powered script generation
• Automated voiceover creation
• Caption generation and video rendering
• Direct YouTube upload functionality
• Bulk video generation capabilities
• Trend search and auto-clipping features
• Background automation and scheduling

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

4. YouTube Integration

AutoTube integrates with YouTube through official APIs. By using this integration, you acknowledge that:

• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You are responsible for the content you create and upload
• AutoTube is not responsible for YouTube's content policies or account actions
• YouTube API access is subject to YouTube's terms and rate limits

5. Payment and Billing

Payment for AutoTube services is processed through Paddle. By subscribing to our service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy
• Currency conversion rates as determined by Paddle

6. Intellectual Property

The AutoTube software, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Autotube LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Copy, modify, or distribute the software without permission
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

7. Content and User-Generated Material

You retain ownership of all content you create using AutoTube. However, you grant Autotube LLC a limited license to:

• Process your content to provide the service
• Store your content temporarily for service delivery
• Use anonymized data for service improvement

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, Autotube LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Update or modify the service
• Suspend service for technical or security reasons
• Discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autotube LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be discontinued
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
• Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Changes to Terms

Autotube LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Autotube LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
