1. Free Trial & No Refund Policy

Autotube LLC provides a free trial so you can fully evaluate the product before purchasing a lifetime license. Because you have the opportunity to test AutoTube during the trial, all paid purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or not using the product after purchase.

2. Please Use the Free Trial Before Buying

We strongly encourage you to:

• Install and activate the free trial
• Create test projects and generate videos
• Verify that AutoTube works properly on your system and meets your needs

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you had the chance to test AutoTube via the free trial and agree that no refunds will be provided.

3. Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges

While we do not offer refunds for normal purchases, we will correct genuine billing errors or unauthorized charges.

2. Include your payment receipt and any relevant details
3. We will investigate the issue and reverse any confirmed erroneous or fraudulent charges

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before taking such action.

• Stop future billing cycles
• Allow continued access until the end of your current billing period
• Not automatically trigger a refund (refunds only for technical issues as outlined above)

9. Data Retention After Refund

After a refund is processed, your account data will be retained for 30 days for record-keeping purposes, then permanently deleted. You will not have access to the service during this period. Any videos or content you created will be removed from our systems.
