1. Service & No Refund Policy
AutoTube is operated by Galaxy Labs LLC. Because we provide a free tier that lets you evaluate core features before paying, all paid purchases — including subscriptions and credit top-ups — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or unused portions of a subscription period.
2. Use the Free Tier Before Paying
We strongly encourage you to:
- Sign up for a free account and explore all available features
- Create test projects and generate sample videos
- Verify that AutoTube meets your needs before upgrading
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to evaluate AutoTube via the free tier and agree that no refunds will be provided.
3. Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges
While we do not offer refunds for standard purchases, we will correct genuine billing errors or unauthorized charges.

- Include your payment receipt and any relevant details
- We will investigate the issue and reverse any confirmed erroneous or fraudulent charges
4. Non-Refundable Subscriptions & Credits
All subscription payments and credit top-up purchases are non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed billing errors or fraud as described above. Credits do not expire but cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before taking such action.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will:
- Stop future billing cycles
- Allow continued access until the end of your current billing period
- Not trigger a refund for the remaining days in the current period
7. Data Retention After Rare Refunds
In the rare event that a refund is issued (e.g., billing error correction), your account data will be retained for 30 days for record-keeping purposes, then permanently deleted. You will not have access to the service during this period. Any videos or content stored on our servers will be removed.
8. Legal Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In jurisdictions where consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights will apply. This policy is in addition to, not in replacement of, any legal rights you may have.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to existing subscribers via email.
