Referral Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The AutoTube Referral Program lets existing users ("Referrers") earn recurring commissions by inviting new users ("Referees") to AutoTube. When a Referee signs up through a Referrer's unique link and completes a qualifying first paid subscription, the Referrer earns a commission and the Referee may receive a one-time bonus of in-app credits (not cash), subject to program rules below. This is separate from any public first-month promotion for eligible monthly billing in AutoTube, which is applied when you pay and may change or end at any time.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

• Have an active AutoTube account in good standing
• Agree to these Referral Program Terms
• Not be currently suspended or terminated from the platform

Galaxy Labs LLC reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion.

3. How It Works

The referral process is straightforward:

1. Log in to your AutoTube account and copy your unique referral link
2. Share the link with friends, followers, or your audience
3. When someone signs up using your link and upgrades to a paid plan, you earn a 10% recurring commission on their payments
4. The Referee may receive a one-time bonus of in-app credits after their first qualifying paid subscription payment succeeds. The bonus is calculated as a percentage of the plan's standard monthly credit allocation (currently 10%), is granted once per qualifying referral, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be changed or discontinued with notice

Referral tracking is handled via cookies and account attribution. The Referee must use your link before creating their account for the referral to be credited.

Public promotions: From time to time AutoTube may offer discounts (for example, a reduced first month on eligible monthly subscriptions). Those offers are governed by their in-app disclosures and apply when you pay in the app; they are independent of referee bonus credits unless we state otherwise.

4. Rewards and Payouts

Referral commissions are subject to the following terms:

• Commissions are calculated in USD based on AutoTube's published subscription prices for the Referee's plan and billing interval when the referral qualifies. Promotional reductions on the Referee's subscription price generally do not reduce your commission unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Bonus credits granted to the Referee are in-app value only and do not change this basis.
• Minimum payout threshold is $25 USD
• Payouts are processed within 5–10 business days after you request a withdrawal
• Commissions from refunded or charged-back transactions will be deducted from your balance
• Galaxy Labs LLC reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential account termination:

• Self-referrals: Referring yourself using alternate accounts or identities
• Fake accounts: Creating fictitious accounts to generate referral commissions
• Bots and automation: Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate referral sign-ups
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or violating anti-spam laws
• Misleading claims: Misrepresenting AutoTube's features, pricing, or the referral reward
• Trademark misuse: Using AutoTube or Galaxy Labs branding in misleading ways (e.g., paid search ads on brand terms)

6. Changes and Termination

Galaxy Labs LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time with reasonable notice. We will honor any unpaid, legitimately earned commissions at the time of program changes. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
