Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The AutoTube Affiliate Program lets eligible AutoTube users ("Affiliates" or "Referrers") earn cash commission by inviting new customers ("Referees") to AutoTube. Affiliates receive a unique link containing a referral code. When a Referee signs up through that link and later makes a qualifying paid subscription payment, the Affiliate may earn commission and the Referee may receive a one-time bonus of in-app credits, subject to these terms.

The Affiliate Program is separate from AutoTube subscription promotions, coupons, or first-month offers. Public promotions may change or end at any time and do not change these Affiliate Program Terms unless we say so in writing.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Have an active AutoTube account in good standing
• Agree to these Affiliate Program Terms
• Not be suspended, terminated, or restricted from the platform
• Use referral links honestly and in compliance with applicable laws

New affiliates automatically receive the Standard tier. Creator and Partner tiers are assigned manually by Galaxy Labs LLC at our discretion. We may approve, deny, suspend, or remove participation in the program at any time.

3. Affiliate Tiers

Current affiliate tiers are:

• Standard: 15% recurring commission for 12 months
• Creator: 20% recurring commission for 12 months
• Partner: 25% recurring commission for 12 months

The commission tier, percentage, commission type, and commission duration are recorded for each referred customer. Later tier or program changes apply only to new referrals unless we expressly state otherwise. Existing referral rewards and accounting history are not deleted.

4. How Attribution Works

1. Log in to AutoTube and copy your unique affiliate link from the Affiliate Program dashboard.
2. Share the link with friends, followers, customers, or your audience.
3. When a new user signs up through your link, AutoTube records the attribution against that account.
4. When that referred user makes a qualifying subscription payment, commission may be created for the Affiliate.

Referral attribution is stored for up to 90 days using first-party cookies, with localStorage as a fallback where supported. AutoTube uses first-touch attribution: if a user has already been attributed to one affiliate, later referral links generally do not replace the first valid attribution.

The Referee must use the affiliate link before creating their account. Self-referrals, duplicate referral events, duplicate invoice rewards, and attempts to bypass attribution controls are not eligible.

5. Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated from actual eligible Stripe subscription revenue collected by AutoTube, in USD only.

• Commission is based on the eligible subscription invoice amount actually collected.
• Tax is excluded where Stripe invoice data allows us to exclude it.
• Discounts, coupons, customer credits, and other reductions are applied before calculating commission.
• Commission is not created on money AutoTube did not collect.
• One-time credit reloads, top-ups, add-ons, and unrelated invoice lines are excluded.
• Positive subscription prorations may increase the commissionable amount.
• Negative subscription prorations may reduce the commissionable amount.
• Zero or negative commissionable invoices create no commission reward.
• Annual subscriptions earn commission when the annual invoice is paid; AutoTube does not create artificial monthly rewards for annual invoices.

The initial program supports USD commissions and USD payouts only. If a paid invoice is not in USD, AutoTube may skip automatic commission creation and flag it for manual review.

6. Referee Bonus Credits

A referred customer may receive a one-time bonus of AutoTube credits after their first qualifying paid subscription payment succeeds. The bonus is currently calculated as 10% of the plan's standard monthly credit allocation. Bonus credits are in-app value only, are non-transferable, have no cash value, are granted once per qualifying referred customer, and may be changed or discontinued with notice.

7. Payouts

Affiliate commissions are paid manually in USD. The current minimum payout amount is $25 USD for all tiers.

• Eligible unpaid rewards count toward your available balance.
• When you request a payout, eligible rewards are reserved for that payout and cannot be included in another payout.
• Reserved rewards are not marked as paid until an AutoTube admin confirms the money was sent.
• Rejected or cancelled payout requests release the reserved rewards back to your available balance, unless another program rule applies.
• AutoTube may request payment details, identity or tax information, or additional verification before processing a payout.
• Payout timing may depend on admin review, payment method, banking rails, holidays, fraud checks, and operational availability.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or fees connected to affiliate payouts unless applicable law says otherwise.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

Commission is tied to valid collected subscription revenue. If the underlying customer payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or found to be invalid, AutoTube may reverse or adjust the related commission.

• A full refund may reverse the full related commission.
• A partial refund may reverse commission proportionally, capped at the original reward.
• If the reward is unpaid, AutoTube may reserve, hold, reverse, or adjust it.
• If the reward has already been paid, AutoTube may create a negative adjustment against future earnings.
• If a dispute is opened, unpaid rewards may be placed on hold while the dispute is pending.
• If a dispute is lost, AutoTube may reverse or adjust the related commission.
• If a dispute is won, AutoTube may release the held reward if it is otherwise eligible.

AutoTube maintains accounting history and does not need to delete original reward records in order to reverse or adjust commissions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited and may result in removal from the program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, reversal of rewards, and potential account termination:

• Self-referrals: Referring yourself using alternate accounts, identities, emails, payment methods, or related accounts
• Fake accounts: Creating fictitious accounts or low-quality signups to generate commission
• Duplicate or manipulated attribution: Attempting to overwrite, fake, or duplicate referral attribution
• Bots and automation: Using automated tools, scripts, or bot traffic to generate signups
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or violating anti-spam laws
• Misleading claims: Misrepresenting AutoTube features, pricing, expected earnings, refund policies, affiliate rewards, or payout timing
• Trademark misuse: Using AutoTube or Galaxy Labs branding in misleading ways, including paid ads on brand terms without written permission
• Incentive abuse: Offering unauthorized cashbacks, misleading discounts, fake bonuses, or other incentives that distort the referral relationship

10. Changes and Termination

Galaxy Labs LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time with reasonable notice. We may change tiers, rates, attribution rules, payout methods, minimum payout amounts, bonus credit rules, eligibility requirements, or other program details. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Where practical, commission terms already recorded for an existing referred customer will continue to use the recorded terms for that referred customer, subject to fraud, refund, dispute, chargeback, account standing, and other program rules.
